Meeting and Convention Tickets Program
Walt Disney World operates a distinct ticket category known as Meeting and Convention tickets. This category is separate from standard individual or family tickets. It is designed for organized groups attending specific events at the resort.
How the Program Works
Disney creates special sale pages for these tickets. These pages are not always visible in the standard booking flow. They often appear during specific windows or for specific events. The pricing on these pages is typically lower than the standard dynamic pricing for the same number of days.
Secret Mouse Tickets specializes in locating these specific sale pages. We match your travel dates against active convention offers. If a match exists, we provide the direct link to the Disney sale page. You then purchase your tickets directly from Disney using that link.
Benefits of Convention Pricing
The primary benefit is cost savings. Convention tickets can be significantly cheaper than standard tickets. This is especially true for multi-day passes. Some offers may also include additional perks, such as a Water Park Fun & More Visit pass. Disney controls the exact structure of each offer, so benefits vary by page and timing.
It is important to note that these tickets often require park reservations. You must check availability for your specific parks and dates before buying. The matching service does not reserve admission for you. You are responsible for securing the reservation after purchase.
Group Discount Eligibility
Eligibility for convention pricing depends on the specific terms of the offer. Disney sets the rules for each sale page. These rules can change at any time. You must review the final offer before completing a purchase.
Do You Need to Attend a Convention?
Not necessarily. While the tickets are named for conventions, the purchase requirements vary. Some offers are restricted to specific groups or events. Others may be open to any group that meets the size criteria. A date match does not automatically confirm eligibility. You must read the terms on the sale page to understand the restrictions.
Minimum Trip Size Requirements
Secret Mouse Tickets uses a minimum trip-size check to identify potential matches. This is a preliminary filter, not a guarantee of savings. Our criteria require at least three ticket-days total. This could be one guest for three days, three guests for one day, or two guests for two days. This threshold helps ensure the offer is relevant to your group size.
Verifying Your Qualification
Before you buy, verify that your group meets the specific requirements of the linked page. Check the number of guests, the dates, and any event-specific conditions. If you are unsure, contact Disney directly or review the terms carefully. Secret Mouse Tickets provides the link, but you are responsible for the final purchase decision.
